- Yearly output after the en factory tables (USSBS 3,058: 2,654 Ki-61-I and 404 Ki-61-II); en says 275 of the Ki-61-II airframes were completed as the Ki-100. Total: en 3,078 (Francillon), ru 3,100. The service below is for Ki-61-I Ko and Otsu, whose sub-type the sources do not name: 68th and 78th Sentai at Rabaul and Wewak from spring 1943, then the Philippines, Formosa, Okinawa and home defence to the end of the war.
