Gnome-Rhône 14M engines. Two 20 mm cannon in gondolas under the fuselage (one sometimes replaced by a MAC 1934) and a rear gun; from February 1940 four more MAC 1934 under the wings. Flottille F1C of the naval air arm claimed 12 aircraft for eight lost on 10–21 May 1940.
