Ha-115 with a two-stage supercharger in a longer-chord cowling, three-blade propeller, shorter strengthened wing with racks for drop tanks or bombs, 13 mm head and back armour, rubber-coated tanks, taller canopy and reflector sight. Prototypes from February 1942, production from November 1942, in service from December 1942. Later IIa, IIb and II-Kai changed the oil cooler, exhausts and rack positions; the II-Kai had ejector exhausts and an extra fuselage tank. Thai designation B.Kh.13.
